Résumé / Abstract

Il s'agit de comprendre, à partir de l'analyse très détaillée d'accidents de la circulation routière, comment un sentiment affirmé de priorité peut jouer dans la survenue et le déroulement des accidents, de dégager des pistes de travail en terme d'amélioration d'infrastructure et/ou d'action de communication. L'objectif de ce travail n'est pas de démontrer et prouver mais de décrire et comprendre. Il se situe dans une démarche euristique que seules les Etudes Détaillées d'Accident par leur degré de finesse permettent de comprendre et d'expliquer. On peut alors définir des pistes à la fois en terme d'amélioration de comportement (formation, éducation~) et d'infrastructure (distance de visibilité, environnement, signalisation~.). The aim is to use in-depth accident investigation methods to understand how a strong feeling of right-of-way can affect the occurrence and progression of accidents and to determine lines for research in terms of improving infrastructures and/or communication actions. The objective of this study is not to demonstrate and prove but rather to describe and understand. It can be placed in a heuristic approach that can only be understood and explained by using in-depth investigation methods with their high level of detail. We can then define lines for improving behaviour (training, education, etc.) and infrastructures (visibility distances, environment, signage, etc.).
