Résumé / Abstract

This document aims at establishing a harmonised calculation scheme for cost benefit analyses within the framework of the Rail Optimisation Safety Analysis (ROSA) project. The first part of this report is dedicated to the presentation of the context and the objectives of an harmonisation regarding CBAs. The second part is devoted to the definition of all the required parameters in order to estimate all the costs and benefits and hence the selection criteria.
