Résumé / Abstract
The present concept describes the requirements and functionalities of the tool to model the Barrier Quantification Model. The structures as well as the functionality of the BQM are predefined by a study work. The concept only describes the requirements of a computer based implementation of the BQM to calculate the Reduction Factor of a Barrier sufficiently. The relevant dependencies and algorithms to estimate the Reduction Factors are described.
