Résumé / Abstract
On the basis of the recent European Safety Directive 2004/49/EC the European Railway Agency elaborates currently amongst others a scheme for Common Safety Methods (CSM) for railways as well as first definitions of Common Safety Targets (CST) and Common Safety Indicators (CSI) for railways. In order to support this work of ERA as well as to prepare for future more detailed analyses requirements, the ROSA cooperation partners endeavoured for the first time to establish a global safety model at complete railway network level. Objectives of the ROSA project includes a model of the complete safety characteristics of a railway network (at a coarser level of detail however), the performance of safety sensitivity analyses, the reproduction or reconstruction of existing safety data base entries and further impact analyses e.g. the impact of introducing new safety measures into a network., RAPPORT DE CONTRAT
