Résumé / Abstract
Chapter 1: Stakeholders requirements collected via on line questionnaire In this document the results of the stakeholder questionnaire are analysed and discussed. The FESTA questionnaire to collect stakeholders requirements was answered by 86 respondents, coming from four stakeholder groups: industry, service providers, public authorities, and research institutes. General conclusions to be drawn from the answers are that the stakeholders have an interest in Field Operational Tests for reasons of business, research & policies. Field Operational Tests may provide a better understanding of driving behaviour and system use, and information to be used for improving products. Stakeholders have high expectations and expect convincing results. Chapter 2: Legal and ethical aspects The legal issues related to Field Operational Tests (FOTs) must be taken seriously and considered at an early stage within the planning of such testing. Of great importance is the information on the functioning of systems to be evaluated. This must be provided to test participants as must information on data that is to be collected. Many of these aspects will also have a strong impact on contractual agreements between the organiser and test participants. Issues of general importance are highlighted in this report. ; RAPPORT DE CONTRAT
