Résumé / Abstract
In this paper, we present an analysis of recent collection point/lockerbank experiments in Europe, including the history of some of the mostnotable experiments. Two 'models' are currently quite successful (Kialarelay points in France and Packstation locker banks in Germany), although they are quite different. As a first interpretation of theseresults, we propose that these two models be considered as complementary to one another.
