Résumé / Abstract
In this paper we deal with the real-time regulation of a disrupted urban collective transport network that is a very delicate problem, especially in case of appearance of simultaneous disturbances (vehicle's breakdown, strike, demonstration....etc). Indeed, regulator (decision-maker) has to carry out difficult tasks that are often inaccessible at the human scale, which involves the assistance of a decision support system (DSS). First, we present the pit of this DSS which is a generator and an evaluator for disrupted transport network regulation strategies. Secondly, we propose a new hybrid approach using a fuzzy sets and integrals and evolutionary algorithm. It treats the on-line regulation problem as an optimization one and provides the regulator with evaluated and classified effective decisions by taking into account his/her preferences.
