Résumé / Abstract
This paper aims at analysing the influence of climate on the number of injury accidents and fatalities, aggregated for the whole France, and for each main network category (main roads, motorways, secondary roads and urban roads). The climate variables considered measure rainfall on the one hand, which is the most frequent meteorological risk factor, and temperature on the other hand, which influences the most directly mobility. In addition to temperature, the occurrence of frost has also been considered.
