Résumé / Abstract
A safety analysis of a new lane management scheme is presented. It is based on two its tools. The first aspect concerns traffic monitoring reinforced through an automatic incident detection system (aid) using the video technology. The second aspect concerns the evolution of the number of accidents. Trends are studied through a specific diagnosis its tool, based on artificial intelligence techniques.
