Résumé / Abstract
In this paper, the authors deal with the lane departure avoidance problem by using lateral control assistance. More specifically, they treat the case where the driver and the control system interact to drive the car warning, limiting, corrective and regulated modes. The first two modes are passive, in the sense that no correction is applied to the vehicle trajectory while the three last modes are active modes in the sense that an automat will interfere with the driver's action and will help him to drive.
