Résumé / Abstract
The objective of this article is to showcase an integrated implementation of Claire, treps and adaptive signal control algorithms for dynamic traffic management in real time. While these software packages are standalone, it is envisioned that an integrated package will be lot more effective in solving today's congestion. Although, the primary focus of these implementations is to mitigate congestion, the viability of integration of independently developed software as well as anticipated benefits will be ascertained.
