Résumé / Abstract
For traffic noise predictions road vehicles can be modeled by point sources. Two different methods are presented for the determination of their position (height). The first one deals with an inverse fitting procedure performed on experimental excess attenuation results between two receivers. The second technique determines directly the sources heights using a linear array. With both methods the equivalent source has been located very close to the pavement surface.
