Résumé / Abstract
The aim of the paper is to display data on children pedestrian accidents according to the town size when they occur. Vulneralibity has been assessed from the frequency of pedestrian accident in the population aged 15 and less. For the French population as a whole. The ratio has then been provided for 7 built up areas. Seriousness has ben evaluted likewise. From the results, the frequency increases simultaneously with the increase of urban areas. The larger they are the more the damage occuring to children is high seriousness decreases with urban size.
