Résumé / Abstract
This paper presents sliding mode control for network traffic routing. The control is fed by densities on the network link which are assumed to be measured and delivers the splitting rate at each bifurcation by destination. First a discrete traffic model is presented, afterwards the explicit formula of the sliding mode controller is given. The procedure is illustrated by two examples. The simulations show the efficiency of the method in terms of travel time equalization between a pair of routes.
