Résumé / Abstract
This paper describes a nonlinear control method which is based on fuzzy modelling and LMI control. The nonlinear model is firstly represented using a Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model. The system parameters variations are then modeled using linear fractional system description. Stability conditions and control objectives of such systems are derived as a set of LMI conditions. Using the parallel distributed compensator concept (PDC), a state feedback model-based fuzzy controller is synthesized. The design methodology is illustrated by an application of the problem of robust automatic steering of a city bus.
