Résumé / Abstract
Validation of a European and regional IRTE based on open system architecture project, September 1997. This paper investigates the CLAIRE system's ability to solve cooperative and strategic decision problems involving three transport operators responsible respectively for urban and suburban traffic and bus operations. The study is carried out using the CLAIRE system formalism and methodology for solving congestion problems which affect the different road transport networks. It shows how the CLAIRE approach allows the construction of a consensual set of actions and strategies which complies with the interests of all the transport actors. The methodology has been applied in north-east area of Toulouse in the framework of the Quartet+ Project of the 4th PCRD programme.
