Résumé / Abstract
Operating fast boats is recent in France, both on the channel and on the Mediterranean. In view to making these new boats profitable, the operating companies make choices motivated by reduced casts, in particular by reducing crew sizes. To widen the scope of decision of companies, analysis of the real probable work, carried out before the boat is brought into service, can be used as a work organization decision-aid by confronting reality with forecasts.
