Résumé / Abstract
A multilevel decentralized air traffic flow management, which copes with uncertainty and coordination problems, is presented in this article. A large air traffic network is divided into several subsystems, assigning a specific control unit to each. Control units compute optimal regulation actions through an iterative, parallel and coordinated procedure with each other. The coordination is performed by a coordination module using the interaction prediction method. The coordination module is formalized by a linguistic model where the interaction predictions are inferred by a fuzzy rule base. This decentralized formalization seems to be computationally efficient and suitable for real-time air traffic flow management.
