Résumé / Abstract
The measures implemented to reduce transport-related air pollution (techonological enhancements, infrastructures, traffic management) led to a number of adverse effects. An initially promising measure is thus liable to be converted into an inefficient, even adverse measure from a pollution standpoint. An attempt is made to define a typology of undertaken measures and their adverse effects, thus demonstrating the necessity of conducting impact studies on wide space and time scales.
