Résumé / Abstract
The SIVA model was used to calculate energy demand on an industrial vehicle along a prescription trip at each instant time interval. Five data types related to the vehicle, drive, infrastructure, traffic conditions and use conditions were used. The model was used to calculated fuel consumption and pollutant emissions for a small 3.5ton truck, a 19-ton truck, a 40-ton semitrailer and a bus. Emission-related data (CO, HC, NOX, CO2, particulates) was measured using an engine test bench (70 to 400 hp). The results presented give consumption and emission values for the following cases : - on the road and motorway uses for the 3.5t, 19t, 40t vehicles considering load, gradient and speed contributions, - urban use for the 3.5t vehicle considering load contribution, - bus use, for actual use cycle, considering various loads
