Résumé / Abstract
This paper relates the field evaluation of Cronos on one junction. Compared to a micro-control strategy autonome, the mean benefits on the three evaluated traffic criteria are significant at more than 95 % cl and high: we obtain on average 20,1 % on the delay, 11,0% on the number of stops and 8,8% on the rate of stops. These results are due to a very flexible and real-time algorithm that uses video based measurements. Further comparative results on cycle durations, queue lengths and number of stops will be performed shortly.
